In the end of May, the weekend of my college graduation, I will begin apprenticing at Heartstone Herbalism School in Van Etten, NY.  This herbalism school meets for one long- weekend a month, over six months.  Each weekend is focused on a different body system along with a particular set of homemade herbal products.  Throughout this course I will be extensively studying holistic medicine, plant identification, anatomy and physiology, and wild foraging.  At the end of October, I graduate from this program and will techniquely be considered a certified herbalist.  I intend to continue studying herbalism for the rest of my life, as I already practice this form of healing in my daily life. ​
